RT Edgar Alpine was established in 1993 focusing on the Victorian Alpine Resorts. RT Edgar has an enviable reputation selling property in and around Melbourne for over 100 years. Other offices are located at Toorak, Portsea, Flinders, Point Lonsdale and the Yarra Valley.

The Alpine division was franchised in early 2006, with Christa Zirknitzer as the director and officer in effective control. RT Edgar Alpine is focused on specialising in Alpine real estate.
