Aurora Alpine Lodge

Aurora is a beautiful freestanding alpine designed lodge. Comprised of 13 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 30 people. There are not many alpine lodges that have the character, prime location or income returns like this in the Victorian alpine area

Aurora offers genuine ski-in, ski-out accommodation it has a large commercial kitchen, dining area, living area with an open fireplace, large drying room, laundry, spacious boot room and huge deck with great views.

This lodge is currently being leased by a solid tenant for accommodation purposes the until Oct 2011 over the winter season only. There is scope to renew the lease if so desired.

Aurora is perfect as an investment and is ideal for redevelopment due to its central location and surrounding facilities restaurants, bars and ski hires.
